Arancino at The Kahala
Arancino at The Kahala is proud to introduce a new Italian dining concept that offers our guests different ways to create their dinner, showcasing classic but innovative Italian dishes made with fine ingredients imported from Italy combined with local products from land and sea. For the first time in Hawaii, prix fixe dining is combined with Italian dining, allowing guests to select their three or four course dinner, resulting in a unique dining experience that will truly satisfy every palate. 3 courses/ 4 courses feature Insalata (salad), Antipasti (appetizer), Primi (pasta) and Secondi (entrée). An after dinner menu also featuring dessert creation by our patissier and after dinner drinks are also available for your enjoyment.
Discover and experience the culinary creations of Italy through Executive Chef Daisuke Hamamoto's thoughtfully crafted menu that will feature a wide selection of house-made pastas, brick oven pizzas, gibier (game meat delicacies) and more. In addition, an extensive wine list designed by Shinya Tasaki, winner of the World's Best Sommelier Award in 1995, will feature different premium wines from Italy and Pacific Rim countries around Hawaii.
Wine Corkage: We recommend that our guests try our wonderful selection of Italian wines and sparkling wines. Guests may NOT bring in their own hard liquor or beer. Arancino at The Kahala's corkage fee is $25 per bottle. 1 bottle per 2 guests.
