Arancino at The Kahala New Menu Started!

In June, Arancino at The Kahala started new menus:

Fresco di Mare - melange of local seafood, farm fresh microgreens, lemon dressing

Terrina di Fegato d'Oca - foie gras marinated in cognac & brandy, assorted berries

Risotto al Vino Rosso con Anatra - red wine risotto, grilled muscovy duck, lightly fried leek

Pesce al Cartoccio - pesce del giorno, manila clams, shimeji mushrooms, broccolini, sundried tomatoes, white wine

Tagliatelle al Pomodoro Fresco - ho farm cherry tomatoes, pomodoro sauce, basil

Risotto ai Funghi (no picture) - eringi, shimeji, maitake, parmigiano reggiano

Bianco Mangiare - roasted almond panna cotta with coconut granita

 

Now we are serving 2 course menus; 4-course menu for $65 and 5-course menu for $89.  Our new menus Tagliatelle al Pomodoro Fresco and Risotto ai Funghi are only in the 5-course menu.
